A half sour is a type of pickle that is fermented halfway through the fermentation process. This type of pickle is milder in taste and still retains some characteristics of the cucumber, such as a brighter green color and a crunchy texture. We favor the half sour pickle as a delicious snack and make our own version, here in house!
